We have been open and operating under the name of Sacramento Pole Fitness since 2008 so don’t be fooled by copy caters. We offer a variety of classes weekly – pole orientation, beginner pole, intermediate pole, advanced pole, flexibility strength training, and private lessons. We also specialize in pole parties for any occasion. Bridal shower season is coming so book your parties soon. We have pole rentals. We provide elegant ballerina to urban style pole professional performances. We can also provide poling with a Hip-Hop flair. We provide strength based pole classes for men who are up for the challenge. Pole accessories are available. We are having our new studio grand opening April 23, 2011 and there will be many specials available. Classes will be limited in size and will fill fast so book your classes as soon as possible.
