Tarts & Truffles is a 25-year-old specialty bakery, founded by Pastry Chef and American River College Culinary Arts Baking teacher, Judy Parks. From our bakery, we create pastry chef quality desserts and special occasion cakes for office delivery, on-line gifts, and for the wholesale trade. From our kitchen, we prepare a selection of gourmet sandwiches and salads, perfect for meetings, open houses, training seminars, and other business functions. We bake our own breads, roast our own meats, and naturally, bake the cookies and desserts that are available to order with your lunches. Choose from our growing selection of gourmet cakes, cookies, petit fours, truffles, and other fine bakery products.
