At SacBusiness, we use a company to manage your website addresses, otherwise known as domain names. Companies like these are called Registrars. For domains, we use Moniker. There are times when the contact information for the ownership of a domain name needs to be changed at Moniker. When that is done, an email goes out to the email address of the updated contact. The message looks similar to the example below.
Unless there’s something incorrect, you can safely ignore this message. It is an information message to confirm a change had been made. However, if an email address was changed, you will get a separate message that you shouldn’t ignore. You can find an example of that information below:
